Course Title: Healthcare Provider CPR/AED (New)
Description: This course is designed for medical professionals, emergency responders and health career students. Topics include: one and two rescuer CPR for Adults, children and infants, foreign body airway obstruction, use of barrier devices and pocket masks, bag valve mask ventilation. Participants must pass practical and written exams. Two year certification through the American Heart Association* issued upon completion.

Course Title: CPR for Friends and Family
Description: The American Heart Association* course designed for the general public. This course is informational and not intended for those needing professional certification. Participants will learn the skills and knowledge needed to provide assistance in cardiac or respiratory emergencies. There is no written exam and participation in the practice sessions is optional. Open to all ages.
Course Length: 6 hours
Pre-requisites: must be physically able to perform CPR if participating in practice sessions.

Course Title: HeartSaver First Aid with CPR and AED (New or Renewal)
Description: Designed for workplace OSHA compliant) and home. Standard topics include: CPR for adults, use of barrier devices and pocket masks, first aid for medical and environmental emergencies. CPR for infants and children. Two year certification by the American Heart Association*.

Course Title: HeartSaver AED (New or Renewal)
Description: Designed for workplace and home. Topics include: CPR for adults, children and infants, use of barrier devices and pocket masks, operational training in the use of Automatic External Defibrillators (AEDs). Two year American Heart Association* certification.

Description: Pediatric First Aid, Asthma care, eye injuries, fever, snake and poisonous spider, tick, marine animal bites, suspected abuse, adult and child CPR with mask, AED, infant CPR with mask.

Cancellation Policy:
Should a class need to be cancelled due to weather or other reasons. We will post these late-breaking cancellations on our telephone answering system at 7 am the day of the class. Please call 610-779-7687 ext. # 3 for information. It is also advisable that all class participants check the class schedule 2 days prior to the class date for any scheduling updates.
Per-registered participants will be notified when a class is re-scheduled.
Course fees are refundable (minus a 25.00 administrative fee) if a student cancels more then ten (10) business days before the course date. If a student cancels less then ten (10) business days before the class, no refund will be granted. Transfer to the next available class will be granted without penalty.

American Heart Association strongly promotes proficiency in CPR and has
developed instruction materials for this purpose. Although recognized by the
AHA, the AHA does not receive any income from the fees charged for these
